Period of Silence

We designate the period commencing from the last day of an accounting period (including quarterly settlements) and ending on the date of announcement of the financial statement of the accounting period as a "period of silence" during which we do not make any comments or disclosures on account settlements and do not respond to any related inquiries, except with regard to information that has already been disclosed to the public.
However, if we determine during the period of silence that the results will differ from our forecast significantly, we will disclose the relevant information in a timely manner. During the period of silence, we will respond to any questions concerning information that has already been released.
