Notice of Withdrawal from the Inertial Sensor Systems Business

Dear Valued Business Partners, We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support of our products.

We regret to inform you that we have decided to discontinue the Inertial Sensor Systems Business and withdraw from this business area. This decision was made by our management committee based on the following factors:

1.Demand Scale and Profitability：The Inertial Sensor Systems Business has remained unprofitable, and we have concluded that it is extremely difficult to sustain the business and fulfill our quality responsibilities.

2.Allocation of Management Resources：In light of the above, we have decided at the company level to reallocate our limited management resources to priority business areas.

We are currently reviewing the schedule for the final order date, final delivery date, and the end of maintenance and support services. Further details will be announced on this website.
