We held a ceremony to celebrate our 40th anniversary of business with Rolls-Royce (UK)!

​On November 13 ~ 14, to celebrate the 40th anniversary of our deal with Rolls-Royce (UK), Mr. Neil Marsons, Group Chief Procurement Officer, and Iain, SVP Procurement​ ​Mr. James and Mr. Nick Forrow of VP Supplier Management visited Japan. Together with Susumu Kaminaga, President of Rolls-Royce Japan, we visited the Besshi Copper Mine Memorial Museum in Niihama City, Ehime Prefecture, the birthplace of the Sumitomo Group, on the 13th, and held a commemorative ceremony at the Amagasaki headquarters on the 14th.

At the commemorative ceremony, Mr. Marsons said, "I am very grateful to be able to feel the history and high hospitality of the Sumitomo Group in these two​ ​days. I want to continue a long and better relationship in the future." After that, we took a commemorative photo with about 200 members of our company involved in development, manufacturing, and sales.

We thank Rolls-Royce for the 40th anniversary since we started doing business with them, and we will work even more diligently to develop and manufacture our products so that we can continue to improve our relationship with each other into the future.
