Quality
We have established quality policies and quality action guidelines based on our corporate philosophy and conducts ongoing awareness-raising and education activities on quality, including at our domestic and overseas affiliates and related companies.
In addition, to promote activities related to compliance with customer requirements and applicable laws, regulations, and standards, we have established a Quality Assurance Department directly under the President and is developing a system for quality improvement.
As part of these efforts, we havc established the Quality Committee and will implement the company-wide Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 and AS 9100.

Supply chain
The Sumitomo Precision Products Group has positioned the creation of a good and robust supply chain as the core of its continuous business development, and has established the Sumitomo Precision Products Group Basic Procurement Policy, which is based on three pillars: (1) thorough compliance, (2) creation of a healthy competitive environment based on fair trade, and (3) pursuit of sustainable partnerships that contribute to mutual development.
We promote procurement activities in accordance with this policy through initiatives such as informing our suppliers of the Basic Procurement Policy, establishing a compliance hotline, and understanding the status of our suppliers' CSR activities through a supplier awards system and questionnaire surveys.
We will continue to work towards building a sustainable supply chain to meet the expectations of our stakeholders.

We endorse the purpose of the "Partnership Building Declaration" established by the "Council for Promoting Partnership Building to Pave the Future," which includes the Chairman of Keidanren, the Chairman of Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Chairman of Rengo, and relevant ministers (Cabinet Office, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism), and have published the declaration.
We will strive to build new partnerships by promoting cooperation and coexistence and mutual prosperity with our supply chain business partners.
Human rights
We have established the Sumitomo Precision Products Group Human Rights Policy based on the belief that conducting business activities while respecting the human rights of all people involved in our group and its supply chain is one of the most important issues for a company. We will promote appropriate awareness-raising activities to ensure that all officers and employees of our group understand and implement this policy, and will strive to avoid violating the human rights of people who are directly or indirectly affected by the business activities of our group and its supply chain.
Additionally, as part of our educational and awareness-raising activities to foster mutual respect for diversity among our employees, we hold annual human rights and diversity lectures, distribute educational materials during Human Rights Week, and provide education to employees, including new graduates and mid-career hires, in an effort to develop our business while upholding high ethical standards.

Health and Productivity Management
Based on our corporate philosophy of "valuing people and fostering harmony and realization of diverse individualities," we have established the "Sumitomo Precision Products Group Health Management Declaration" and are actively working on health management. We also strive to maintain and improve the health of our employees through various health indicator improvement activities conducted in cooperation with the health insurance association.
Furthermore, regarding mental health, we are actively working to prevent mental health disorders through measures such as stress checks taken by over 98% of all employees, training for newly appointed managers, return-to-work support by industrial physicians and HR staff, and the establishment of a counseling room staffed by external counselors.
In June 2026, our company created a health management strategy map to visualize and systematize our health management initiatives. This map organizes the challenges, initiatives, and expected effects of maintaining and improving employee health, and we will continue to strive to enhance our health management efforts.
