We have obtained certification as a "Health Management Excellent Corporation 2026 (Large Corporation Category)" and have developed a health management strategy map.

Precision Products has received certification as a "Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2026 (Large Corporation Category)".

The "Health and Productivity Management Organization Certification System" is a system established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to recognize companies and organizations that practice particularly outstanding health management, based on initiatives that address regional health challenges and health promotion initiatives promoted by the Japan Health Conference. This marks the third consecutive year that our company has received this certification, following our initial certification at the end of fiscal year 2023.

Based on our code of conduct, "We value people and strive to realize and harmonize diverse individualities," we have formulated the "Sumitomo Precision Products Group Health Management Declaration," and we are working to maintain and improve the health of our employees through proactive health management initiatives, particularly through activities to improve various health indicators in cooperation with the health insurance association.
Furthermore, last month (June​ ​2026), we created a health management strategy map to visualize and systematize our health management initiatives.

Our company will continue to strengthen its commitment to health management, aiming to create a healthy and comfortable working environment for all employees!
