Exhibiting at SEMICON Japan 2025!

The ICT Business Division's MEMS Infinity Department and the Industrial Equipment Business Division's Heat Exchanger Business will jointly exhibit at SEMICON Japan 2025

Sumitomo Precision Products' ICT Business Division's MEMS ∞ Department and Industrial Equipment Business Division's Heat Exchanger Business are jointly exhibiting at SEMICON Japan 2025, which is being held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from Wednesday​,​ ​December​ ​17th to Friday, December 19th​.​

SEMICON Japan 2025 is an international exhibition for electronics manufacturing, covering manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials in the semiconductor industry, as well as smart applications such as cars and IoT devices.

The heat exchanger business, exhibiting for the first time, displayed an air-cooled phase-change CPU/GPU cooler for data centers, highlighting its cooling capacity of TDP 1,000 W, which is said to be within the cooling range of water-cooled and immersion types. In addition, a cooler for burn-in equipment with a cooling capacity of TDP 1,500 W was also exhibited, highlighting the company's high technological capabilities and product appeal.

The MEMS ∞ Department explained to visitors about the newly launched MEMS foundry service using thin films of KNN (potassium sodium niobate), a lead-free piezoelectric material provided by Sumitomo Chemical.
